§ 94.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Any person violating any section of §§ 94.01 or 94.02 shall be guilty of violating an ordinance and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $500, and the costs of the prosecution shall be adjudged against the defendant.
