Enforcement of the Green River Ordinance becomes effective, thus making it unlawful for any solicitor, peddler, hawker, itinerant merchant or itinerant vendor of merchandise, to go in or upon any property within the corporate limits of the Town, unless first having been invited or requested to do so by the owner or owners, occupant or occupants of said property. Violation of this section is hereby declared to be a nuisance and punishable upon conviction as provided in section 3-1-13 of this chapter.
