3-1-13: PENALTY:
   A.   Specified: Any violation of this chapter shall be punished upon conviction as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.

   B.   Separate Violation: The carrying on of any business, trade, calling, profession or occupation without first having procured a license from the Town to do so shall be deemed a separate violation of this chapter for each and every day that such business, trade, calling, profession or occupation is carried on.
