For the purpose of raising revenue, the Town of Thayne, a Municipal corporation, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming, does levy a license tax on business conducted or carried on within the limits of the Town, with the exception of those exemptions listed in section 3-1-4 of this chapter.
