The following types of businesses will be exempt from the provisions of this chapter as follows:
A. Farmer, Producer: Any farmer or producer who sells or disposes of agricultural products.
B. Nonprofit: Nonprofit organizations operating a one- or two-day event or activity.
C. Craft Fair: Craft fairs operating any one- or two-day event shall require one business license that covers all vendors in attendance.
D. Evaluation Of Other Types: Any other type business applicants not included above, may be evaluated and determined as to exemption status, by the current governing body.
