§ 159.076 IMPROVEMENTS AND INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   Developments proposed with private streets shall comply with §§ 159.045 through 159.056 and 159.095 through 159.100 of this chapter.
   (B)   The city may periodically inspect and make soil samples of private streets and require repairs necessary to ensure emergency access and to ensure that the streets are being maintained to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works and the City Engineer.
