§ 159.020 PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE.
   (A)   Prior to submitting an application for any type of a subdivision plan or plat, the subdivider shall consult with the City Planner and the City Engineer or their duly authorized representatives concerning the ultimate land use of the proposed development, the most advantageous subdivision plan, the suitability of the location of the proposed subdivision, the arrangement of streets, alleys and lots, the layout of utility lines and drainage facilities and applicable regulations and policies of the city regarding development.
   (B)   The subdivider shall also coordinate with all utility companies that have franchise agreements with the city to determine recommended easement and utility locations.
