§ 159.001 AUTHORITY.
   (A)   This chapter is adopted under the Constitution and laws of the state, including particularly Tex. Local Gov’t Code Ch. 212.
   (B)   This chapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Art. I, § 2 of the Charter of the city.
