All boards and commissions established in this charter shall meet at least once quarterly and submit the minutes of their meetings to the city commission. All meetings shall be held in accordance with Article III, Section 1 of this charter. The need for other boards, committees and commissions appointed by the city commission will be reviewed annually by the chief executive officer, and appropriate recommendation for their continuance made to the city commission.
