(A) (1) Commercial customers which generate a quantity of waste sufficient to require dumpster service shall contract with the city’s exclusive franchise hauler with the following provisions.
(2) Commercial customers shall pay the city’s exclusive franchise hauler directly for services rendered.
(B) Owners shall provide an access route capable of supporting the container service truck.
(C) If a dumpster is unserviceable, such as by being blocked or containing prohibited items, the service truck will return to empty the container only after the dumpster is serviceable and/or prohibited items have been removed from the dumpster. The customer may be charged an extra trip charge.
(D) Lids and doors of dumpsters shall be kept closed, except when the dumpster is being filled.
(E) The owner or occupant of the premises shall be responsible for keeping the area around the container clean and clear of all garbage, trash and debris.
