§ 53.14 DISCONNECTION OF WATER AND SEWER SERVICE FOR NON-PAYMENT OF BILLS.
   If any customer furnished garbage, trash and brush collection does not pay the charges billed, the city shall take action, up to and including disconnection, in accordance with the city's billing and fees procedure, posted at the City's Utility Customer Service Department.
