§ 53.11 MATERIALS NOT COLLECTED BY CITY.

   The city will not collect the following materials:

   (A)   Hazardous waste;

   (B)   Toxic waste;

   (C)   Infectious waste;

   (D)   Medical waste;

   (E)   Tires (rimless tires may be taken to the city’s recycling center at no charge);

   (F)   Automobiles and boats, whole or in parts;

   (G)   Dead animals;

   (H)   Dangerous or overweight containers;

   (I)   Hot coals or ashes;

   (J)   Stable matter;

   (K)   Dirt, bricks, concrete or rocks;

   (L)   Loose, uncontainerized garbage, trash or yard waste; and/or

   (M)   Pointed or sharp objects likely to cause injury when handled.
