Application shall be made upon forms and according to procedures issued by the Building Official. Applications must show authorization by the current property owner. Proof of ownership and proof of identification shall be required for each application. Contractors engaged to perform the work shall be registered with the city. A permit fee shall be collected with the application as provided by the building inspections fee schedule.
