(A) A permit may be revoked for non-conformity to the application, requirements, or non- conformity to an approved location.
(B) A permit may be revoked upon conviction of any offense committed by an individual that is operating as a mobile food unit in the City of Texas City, or if a final conviction is found to have existed at the time of application.
