§ 32.099 SALES TO BE FOR CASH; REJECTION OF BIDS; DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS.
   All sales pursuant to this subchapter shall be for cash. The Chief of Police may reject any bid he or she deems insufficient. After deducting the actual costs of the sale and storing of the property, the proceeds shall be placed in the General Fund.

§ 32.100 RECORDS OF SALES.
   The Police Department shall turn all property over to public works who prepares an inventory and records the date and price obtained for each item sold pursuant to this subchapter. This list shall be turned over to the Finance Department for recordkeeping, so that it may be determined later what amount should be paid to any person who may thereafter establish a legal right to part of the proceeds.

§ 32.101 DISPOSITION OF UNSOLD PROPERTY.
   Property for which no sufficient bid is offered at a sale pursuant to this subchapter may be kept and again offered for sale, or may be otherwise disposed of as ordered by a Municipal Judge.
