§ 94.02 INSPECTION; PERMIT; FEE.
   The following regulations are hereby prescribed for the inspection of the construction of streets in the municipality and the issuance of permits therefor:
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Municipal Engineer to inspect the construction of all streets hereafter constructed within the limits of the municipality and to report to Village Council as to the compliance of the builders with the provisions of § 94.01, and to recommend the approval or disapproval of applications for acceptance of such streets by Council.
   (B)   The person, firm or corporation owning or having control of the premises shall make written application, which shall be signed by an authorized person and bear the applicant’s address, and submit the same to the Municipal Engineer together with the plans and specifications for such construction. Upon the approval of the plans and specifications, the Municipal Engineer is authorized to issue a permit for such construction.
   (C)   No person, firm or corporation owning or having control of the premises shall construct or cause to be constructed a street within the limits of this Municipality without first securing a permit from the Municipal Engineer so to do, and the cost of such permit shall be at the rate of $0.10 per lineal foot of the length of the street or streets shown on the plans, which fee shall be paid to the municipality.
