§ 93.50 OUTDOOR FIRED BOILERS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Outdoor fired boilers are prohibited.
   (B)   OUTDOOR FIRED BOILERS shall mean an appliance or device that burns wood or other substances located outside of a dwelling or garage or other building which heats water or other substances to provide heat or hot water to the dwelling, garage or other building via pipe or other conduit. The term OUTDOOR FIRED BOILERS also includes the devices or structures called or described as OUTDOOR FIRED FURNACES, OUTDOOR FIRED HYDRONIC HEATERS or any similar device which is primarily designed to be a freestanding structure that functions by burning wood or other substances to heat water or other substance intended to conduct heat, which then travel through pipes to heat a dwelling or other building, or to provide its residents with hot water.
