4-5-6: PENALTY:
Any person or persons violating section 4-5-1, 4-5-2 or 4-5-3 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1986 Code § 8-106; amd. 2012 Code)
