4-5-2: USAGE RESTRICTIONS:
The use of fireworks, explosives, combustible articles or explosive devices of all kinds is prohibited in the corporate limits of the town; providing however, that fireworks, explosives, combustible articles or explosive devices otherwise complying with state and town laws may be used at such times and places as the mayor and town council may designate. (1986 Code § 8-102)
