§ 150.023 FILING FEE.
   The filing fee and the costs and fees associated with the public hearing shall be as required under any applicable chapter of Title 15 Comprehensive Plan and land use ordinances and the expense thereof shall be paid by the petitioner. All filing fees shall be paid prior to scheduling a date for the public hearing.
