§ 150.006 CONFLICT WITH OTHER STATUTES.
   Where the requirements under this chapter are in conflict with the requirements of any other statute, law or ordinance that is in effect within the city’s territorial jurisdiction, then the more restrictive requirement shall prevail. If an irreconcilable conflict arises the matter shall be settled by a separate appeal for variance, in accordance with § 150.077 herein, to the Plan Commission. Final action of the Plan Commission on appeal may be reviewed by certiorari in accordance with I.C. 36-7-4-1016.
