§ 53.007 DAMAGING OR DEFACING SEWAGE WORKS PROPERTY.
   A person shall not maliciously, willfully or recklessly break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the city sewerage system.
