(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. (B) Violation of any provision of §§ 112.01 through 112.12 shall be a petty offense punishable by a maximum fine of $1,000. (C) (1) Any and each violation of §§ 112.25 through 112.30 shall be a petty offense punishable by a fine of up to $500. (2) Any violation of §§ 112.25 through 112.30 shall constitute an ordinance violation as indicated under § 111.12 and may result in the immediate revocation of any license issued pursuant to Chapter 111. (3) Any violation of §§ 112.25 through 112.30 shall be reported forthwith to the state’s Gaming Board.
