§ 112.25 DEFINITIONS.
   All of the definitions, provisions, requirements, and licensing mandates of the Video Gaming Act at 230 ILCS 40/1 et seq. (hereinafter, “the Video Gaming Act”) and any regulations promulgated by the state’s Gaming Board pursuant to the Video Gaming Act, being 230 ILCS 40/1 et seq. shall apply to the terms of this subchapter.
