§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, persons, or corporation violating the provisions of § 110.01 shall be subject to a minimum fine of $25 and a maximum fine of $200 for each such violation.
