§ 110.01 PROHIBITION OF BILLS ON POLES AND TREES.
   It shall be unlawful to post upon county government property or upon any county highway any advertising, sign, or poster at any time; excepting however, highway or traffic signs, or legal advertising to be posted by the various legal authorities. (See 605 ILCS 5/2-202.)
