No permit may be issued under this chapter until the promoters have executed and filed a performance and payment bond with the County Board in such form and amount, not less than $50,000 nor more than $300,000, and which surety as the County Board may require. Such bond shall be conditioned on the promoter’s faithful performance of the requirements for issuance of a permit as stated in §§ 92.03 and 92.04 for the payment of the expenses provided for in § 92.07.
