§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Individuals violating a temporary burning ban declared under §§ 91.01 or 91.02 may be charged with a petty offense and fined accordingly.
   (C)   Violation of any provision of §§ 91.15 through 91.17 is a petty offense.
   (D)   For failure to comply with §§ 91.30 through 91.34, an alarm user shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $75 nor more than $500 per occurrence. For false alarms, an alarm user shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $75 nor more than $500 for each false alarm in excess of two per calendar year.
