§ 50.15 SOLID WASTE NOT TO BE COLLECTED BY TOWN.
   The town will not collect the following types of solid wastes, and no person may place any of the following in any container or receptacle intended for collection by the town:
   (A)   All hazardous refuse and industrial waste shall be stored in suitable leak-proof containers sufficient to ensure that no refuse or waste leaks or spills onto any public or private property. Customer will be held responsible for any leaks, spills, or damage caused by improperly sealed containers. It shall be the responsibility of the person in possession of the premises where hazardous refuse or industrial waste is generated to see that it is disposed of properly;
   (B)   The removal of clothing, bedding or other refuse from homes or other places where highly infectious diseases have occurred shall be performed under the supervision and direction of the county Health Department;
   (C)   Building materials shall be removed by the owner of the property or by the contractor.
   (D)   A material of any nature, including ashes, that contains any hot or live coals or fire;
   (E)   No person may dispose of or discard any hypodermic syringes, needle or any instrument or device for making hypodermic injections in the waste stream of the town before first breaking, disassembling, destroying or otherwise rendering the instrument or device inoperable and incapable of reuse and without further safeguarding the disposal thereof by placing in either a sharps container, milk jug, coffee can with a lid or similar containers. Medical or other biohazard materials shall be removed and disposed of under the supervision and direction of the county Health Department.
   (F)   Cardboard boxes that will not fit in the garbage rollout will be collected.
