§ 51.31 WATER AND SEWER RATES AND TAP FEES.

   Effective June 15, 2021, the following charges shall be required of each patron for the use of water and sewer service. The town shall not enter into any special agreements with any individual or industry lowering the sewer use charge. Note: Wastewater is based on 100% of water consumption.

   (A)   Residential and non-residential rates.

2 Unit charge is charged to customers who purchase a single water or sewer tap to serve multiple units. Charge will be for each unit served by the tap. This fee is in addition to the tap fee. Each unit will be accessed a minimum water/sewer charge per month on the billing.
