(A) The cost for cemetery lots shall be as follows:
(1) In town residence - $1,000.00;
(2) Outside town residence - $1,500.00;
(3) Cremation section (in town and outside town residence) - $500.00.
(B) The town must be made aware of all sales, transfers, or assignments of any plots for record keeping purposes.
