§ 51.20 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR WATER AND SEWER CONNECTION.
   (A)   No person shall in any way take water for his or another’s use from any water line or spigot, without first applying for and receiving a permit from the Clerk.
   (B)   No person shall make any sewer connection for his or another’s use without first applying for and receiving a permit from the Superintendent.
