(A) Any person violating any section or clause of any section of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided, shall be subject to and shall pay a penalty of $50. Each week that such violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
(B) The right of any patron to use either or both services of the Department shall immediately cease upon his failure to pay, within 30 days after they become due and payable, the charges provided for such services, and any such patron thereafter using such services shall be subject to a penalty of $55.
(C) Any person whose water or sewer services have been discontinued by the Superintendent, who shall thereafter cut on the water or otherwise make such services illegally available shall be subject to and shall pay a penalty of $50, subject to being charged under G.S. § 14-151.1.
