§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of this chapter for which no specific penalty has been enacted shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $50 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days in the discretion of the court.

   (B)   Upon a violation of this § 110.09, and a verdict of guilty by the Town Board of Commissioners, the license issued by the town shall, for the first offense, be suspended for a period of not less than 30 days, and, for a second offense for the same person or establishment so licensed, the license shall be permanently revoked and the State Commissioner of Revenue duly notified according to law.
