§ 110.09 SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO MINORS, INTOXICATED PERSONS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell alcoholic beverages to a minor, or to sell alcoholic beverages to a person under the influence of any intoxicant, drug, or otherwise, as provided by state law.
