§ 110.07 PUBLIC DRINKING AND DISPLAY OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drink intoxicating liquors or to offer a drink of intoxicating liquor to another person, whether accepted or not, or to make any prominent public display of intoxicating liquors on any public street or sidewalk or in any public place in the town.
