§ 110.05 DAYS AND HOURS OF SALE.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided in division (B), it shall be unlawful to sell malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine, or mixed beverages (hereinafter “alcoholic beverages”), between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., or to consume any of those alcoholic beverages between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. in any place that has been issued a permit under G.S. § 18B-1001, county, and/or town ordinance.
   (B)   Pursuant to the authority contained in G.S. § 153A-145.7, the sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine, and mixed beverages is allowed in the county beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday pursuant to the licensed premises’ permit issued under G.S. § 18B-1001. Pursuant to the authority contained in G.S. § 153A-122(b), the town can adopt a resolution approving the ordinance enforcement of the county’s Sunday brunch ordinance within the town limits.
