§ 70.05 TRAFFIC SIGNAL LIGHTS.
   Drivers of vehicles approaching an intersection at which a signal light is located shall, when the light is showing “caution” indicated by a yellow light, or when the light is showing “danger” indicated by a red light, bring the vehicle to a stop and remain standing until the light shows “clear”, indicated by the green light. The driver of a vehicle shall not at any time drive through or over a safety zone when a danger or caution light is showing. The “caution” or yellow light is intended to allow vehicles already in the intersection to move forward or clear out while same is showing.
