§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever shall violate any provision of this traffic code for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be responsible for an infraction and shall be required to pay a fine not to exceed $50. Each day that any of the provisions of this traffic code are violated shall constitute a separate offense.
