§ 70.03 AVOIDANCE OF TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   (A)   No vehicle shall make a “U”-turn on intersections controlled by stop lights, or in an intersection marked No “U”-turn.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle to drive or cut through the driveway, parking area, or parking lot of any business or residence in order to avoid a traffic-control device to reach or enter another street.
