The Taylor Mill Police Department Rules and Regulations originally prepared by the Northern Kentucky Area Development District in 1979 and revised in 1985 with assistance from the Government Services Institute of NKU, and any subsequent amendments thereto which are adopted by the city by ordinance, are made a part hereof by reference, and are made a part of the permanent records of the city and are adopted as the official police rules and regulations of the city.
