§ 35.01 ADMINISTRATIVE AND SERVICE FUNCTIONS CLASSIFIED INTO DEPARTMENTS.

   All administrative and service functions of the city are hereby classified into the following departments established pursuant to KRS 83A.140 (6):

   (A)   Office Administration Department.

   (B)   Finance Department.

   (C)   Land Use Planning and Zoning Department.

   (D)   Police Department.

   (E)   Fire Department.

   (F)   Public Works Department.

   (G)   Public Utilities Department.

   (H)   Park and Recreation Department.
