§ 35.21 CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT OF UNTRAINED APPLICANTS AS POLICE OFFICERS.
   In addition to any other rules, regulations, policies and other conditions of employment as a police officer of the city established by any other ordinances and municipal orders of the City Commission, an applicant for employment as a police officer of the City who has not graduated from the Department of Criminal Justice Training or some other equivalent training approved by the Kentucky Law Enforcement Commission and the Chief of the Taylor Mill Police Department; shall also comply with the following requirements; and no such applicant shall be employed as a police officer of the City without complying with those requirements:
   (A)   Enter into an employment contract like or similar to the one attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
   (B)   Successfully complete and graduate from the Department of Criminal Justice Training, or other training approved by both the Kentucky Law Enforcement Commission and the Chief of the Taylor Mill Police Department within six months after conditional employment by the city.
