(A) Within the city and unless otherwise provided, nobody shall cause, permit, allow, aid, assist, encourage or engage in any parking or other location of any boat, motor home, travel trailer, camping trailer or any other trailer within any portion of either:
(1) Any front yard; or
(2) Any side yard which is not more than one (1) foot from the nearest point in the nearest side boundary line and paved with either continuous blacktop or concrete.
(B) In the event that the city coordinator determines that the size or topographical condition of any side yard or rear yard of any lot or parcel of real estate precludes access by any boat, motor home, travel trailer, camping trailer or any other trailer which was legally parked or otherwise located in the front or side yard of the lot or parcel of real estate upon the effective date of this section, the preexisting and nonconforming parking or other location of the boat, motor home, travel trailer, camping trailer or any other trailer, may be continued but not expanded until the time the owner of record no longer owns any interest in the lot or parcel of real estate.
