§ 155.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases have the meanings indicated therefore:
   "ANYBODY." Any human being, or any organization or combination thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association or otherwise.
   "CAMPING TRAILER." The same meaning as that provided in KRS 227.550 (14)(b).
   "FRONT BOUNDARY LINE." The boundary line between any lot or parcel of real estate which is a boundary line in common with the only public street or right-of-way upon which the lot or parcel of real estate abuts; but in the event that the lot or parcel of real estate abuts upon more than one public street or right-of-way for motor vehicle traffic, the words "FRONT BOUNDARY LINE" means the boundary line in common with the shortest abutting public street or right-of-way for motor vehicle traffic, unless the principal, or front door of any principal building constructed upon the lot or parcel of real estate faces another public street or right-of-way for motor vehicle traffic. In that event the words "FRONT BOUNDARY LINE" means the boundary line in common with that street which the principal building or front door faces.
   "FRONT YARD." The largest portion of any lot or parcel of real estate which is between the front boundary line and lines parallel thereto which intersect:
      (A)   The nearest point in the outside limit of the area of the lot or parcel of real estate within which any building may be constructed according to statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations and all other applicable laws and legislation; and
      (B)   The point of any building constructed on the lot or parcel which is nearest to the front boundary line.
   "MOTOR HOME." The same meaning as that provided in KRS 227.550 (14)(d).
   "NOBODY." Not anybody, or no human being, or any organization or combination thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association or otherwise.
   "REAR BOUNDARY LINE." Those boundary lines or any lot or parcel of real estate which are most nearly in the same direction as the front boundary line.
   "REAR YARD." The largest portion of any lot or parcel of real estate which is between the rear boundary line and lines parallel thereto which intersect:
      (A)   The nearest point in the outside limit of the area of the lot or parcel of real estate within which any building may be constructed according to statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations and any other applicable laws and legislation.
      (B)   The nearest point of any building constructed on the lot or parcel which is nearest to the front boundary line.
   "SIDE BOUNDARY LINE." Any boundary line of any lot or parcel of real estate which is neither a front boundary line nor a rear boundary line.
   "SIDE YARD." Any portion of a lot or parcel of real estate which is within neither the front yard nor rear yard.
   "TRAVEL TRAILER." The same meaning as that provided in KRS 227.550 (14)(a).
