(A) Pursuant to the authority of KRS 83A.060 (5), the 2003 International Property Maintenance Code, which was published in 2002 by the International Code Council, Inc., 5203 Leesburg Pike, Suite 600, Falls Church, Virginia, a copy of which accompanies Ordinance No. 205 (1-14-04), is hereby made a part of the permanent records of the city, and the provisions thereof are hereby adopted by reference thereto, without setting them out in full, but with the revisions and amendments hereinafter provided.
(B) Revisions and amendments. The 2003 International Property Maintenance Code is hereby amended as follows, as required by KRS 83A.060 (3):
(1) Section 101.1 on page 1 thereof is hereby amended as follows:
101.1 Title.These regulations shall be known as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Taylor Mill, hereinafter referred to as "this code".
(2) Section 103, on pages 1 and 2 thereof, is hereby amended according to the provisions thereof attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the amendments indicated on the copy thereof attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
(3) Section 106, on page 3 thereof, is hereby amended according to the provisions thereof attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
(4) Section 107, on page 3 thereof, is hereby amended according to the provisions thereof attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
(5) Section 111, on page 5 thereof, is hereby amended according to the provisions thereof attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
(6) Section 202, on pages 7 and 8 thereof, is hereby amended according to the provisions thereof attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
(7) Section 303.15, on page 10 thereof, is hereby amended according to the provisions thereof attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
(8) Section 602.3, on page 17 thereof, is hereby amended according to the provisions thereof attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
(9) Section 602.4, on page 17 thereof, is hereby amended according to the provisions thereof attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
