The portion of the updated area-wide comprehensive plan adopted by the Kenton County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission, with modifications, on January 7, 1982 which is applicable to the City of Taylor Mill is hereby adopted and approved as the up-dated comprehensive plan for the city, and is hereby made a part of this code as if set out in full herein.
