Appeals under this chapter shall be taken to the board of adjustments as set out in the city's zoning regulations with fees established as follows:
(A) In order to partially finance some of the expenses of the Board of Adjustments for the City of Taylor Mill, a fee of $50.00 is hereby established and required for all applications and appeals thereto.
(B) In addition to all other fees, an applicant to the board of adjustments shall reimburse the city for any extraordinary expenses in regard to the application as determined by the board of adjustments. (Ord. 70 (9-14-94), passed 9-14-94; 106 (3-26-97), passed 3-26-97)
