§ 150.05 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Building Inspector/Zoning Administrator employed by the city shall be designated as the local enforcement agent for the Kentucky Building Code.
   (B)   The Chief of the Fire Department and all other designated officers, agents, and employees of the city are hereby charged with the enforcement of the provisions of the Standards of Safety.
