For each, every, and any separate violation of this chapter, the city may suspend or revoke the business regulatory license issued by or on behalf thereof for the used property business pursuant to the procedures established in Ordinance 250, as amended from time to time, which is codified in Chapter 110 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Taylor Mill.
